Information about cookies and similar storage technologies on mttaudio.com and the separate ticket shop tickets.mttaudio.com.
Scope and operator
This policy applies to mttaudio.com and tickets.mttaudio.com. The operator is Matteo Taberna, trading as “MTT Audio Solutions”, Marchlewskistr. 77, 10243 Berlin, Germany. Please address questions to mt@mttaudio.com. The two services are described separately below.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small pieces of information that a browser stores and sends with matching requests. Other browser storage can hold information locally on the device. These technologies can support sessions, security, preferences or consent-based usage statistics.
A – mttaudio.com: necessary cookies
The session cookie identifies the session and supports login, cart selections and status messages; the application configures a persistent session with a seven-day lifetime. The csrf_token cookie protects forms against forged requests. In this application it has no persistent expiry and is a session cookie; actual retention also depends on the browser’s session-restore settings.
mttaudio.com: Stripe and hCaptcha
The Stripe payment flow may use cookies or similar storage technologies for payment processing and fraud prevention. Protected forms load hCaptcha to prevent abuse; the service may access browser storage. The actual storage depends on the service and its configuration.
mttaudio.com: Offen
The website embeds Offen for usage statistics. Offen documents a consent request and the use of its own cookies; the embedded instance manages the choice and related storage. Where consent-based analytics is used, the decision can be changed through the offered Offen functions.
B – tickets.mttaudio.com: necessary storage
The self-hosted Pretix shop uses technically necessary storage for sessions and carts, CSRF protection and the selected language. Official Pretix documentation lists these defaults: __Host-pretix_session (14 days, only set when the customer uses functionality that requires a session), __Host-pretix_csrftoken (365 days) and pretix_language (10 years, only set if the customer explicitly chooses a language). These are documented defaults; the actual shop’s version and configuration may differ. The initial deployment described here does not include optional analytics or advertising use.
Ticket shop: payment and network security
Stripe during ticket payments, and network services including Cloudflare during secure operation, may use their own storage technologies where the relevant feature calls for them. Using self-hosted Pretix software does not itself involve Pretix Hosted cookies.
Your settings
You can manage, block or delete cookies and other website data through your browser. This may affect login, carts, forms, payments or language settings. You can withdraw consent through the available functions or by contacting us. Simply continuing to use a website does not constitute consent.
Legal framework
Where storing or accessing information is strictly necessary for an explicitly requested service, the exception in section 25(2) TDDDG may apply. Other access requires consent under section 25(1) TDDDG where required by law. Subsequent processing of personal data additionally requires an appropriate GDPR legal basis; see the Privacy Policy for details. This policy does not itself obtain consent.
